Addiction Counsellor/Psychotherapist
Dita has worked with people with various difficulties in their lives for 16 years. Over the last 10 years he has been more focused on working with addiction, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, the 12 Steps and the Self Medicating Hypothesis. He was worked with the criminal justice system, managed a family rehab and worked in a private treatment centre. He also has a private practice in London.
Mu'Dita's approach is fundamentally humanistic, but treats people holistically, integrating body, mind and spirit. He would be described as dynamic, creative and totally committed to his work.
He is a Core Process Psychotherapist and was trained at the Karuna institute of Psychotherapy. He also has an active interest in the healing relationship between horses and humans.
